Return Policy

All returns require a Return Authorization Number from us; to request a Return Authorization Number please submit your request either in writing or email (phone calls are not accepted) within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise. 

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. 

All returns must be sent at the buyer’s expense. 

All returns must be in original condition and packaging. 

All returns must not have been installed, used, or operated in any way. 

All returns are subject to the sole discretion of American Plumbing Products, Inc.
